Throughout his career, Kevin has earned recognition as one of Canada’s top-performing mortgage professionals, receiving numerous industry awards and consistently ranking among the country’s leaders in funded mortgage volume and client service. Under his leadership, the Indi King Mortgage Team has grown to 19 professionals with more than 275 years of combined mortgage and financial experience, over $1 billion in funded mortgage volume, and is proudly part of the OIM group, which funds more than $12 billion in mortgages annually.

Known for his straightforward advice, transparency, and solution-focused approach, Kevin works with first-time homebuyers, self-employed individuals, real estate investors, retirees, and clients with more complex financing needs. His experience allows him to uncover opportunities that traditional lending approaches often overlook.
